Questions about paying

Billing is handled by Stripe. Landlords Diary never sees or stores your card details.

Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan covers one property with every reminder and record, and there is no trial clock on it.
How do I upgrade?
From Plans and billing inside your dashboard. Pick Standard or Pro, pay through Stripe, and the new property limit applies straight away.
What does annual billing save?
Two months. Standard is £50 a year instead of £60, and Pro is £200 a year instead of £240.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes, at any time from the same page. Your properties and certificates are kept.
