Landlords Diary

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the basic rules for using LandlordsDiary and the responsibilities that come with an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that takes place through your account unless the activity results from a security issue outside your control.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LandlordsDiary only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or the operator. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Service scope

LandlordsDiary is intended as a tool to help landlords organise compliance-related information, reminders, and documents. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for obtaining professional guidance where needed.

Paid plans and billing

LandlordsDiary offers free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, billing and subscription checkout are handled through the payment systems used by the service. Plan pricing, limits, and features may vary by plan and may be updated over time.

You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and plan details that apply when you subscribe. If you cancel or change a paid plan, the timing and effect of that change will depend on the billing setup in place at the time.

Changes to the service

LandlordsDiary may change, improve, or remove parts of the service from time to time. This can include changes to features, limits, pricing, and availability.

Suspension or termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if an account is used in breach of these terms, if payment obligations are not met for paid services, or if continued access would present a legal, security, or operational risk.

Liability

LandlordsDiary is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken to operate the service, no guarantee is given that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, if any, in the period directly relevant to the claim.
